I'm not able to bid for a contract in my area the cleaning businesses are doing well here and it is difficult for me to be a compete in very tough market.

I am honestly don't know how to bid for pricing since I started cleaning business six years ago . However, l am hanging in for being working for others not my own business. I failed to grow my business what can I do?
