What do we mean by insulate?
Well, let’s look at a more common use of the term.
In our homes, we insulate around doors and windows to keep heat (or cold in the summer) from ‘getting out’.
In our cleaning business, we can replace heat with the word – profits.
So, how are profits ‘escaping’ from your cleaning company?
Lots of ways….
From supplies being wasted or worse yet – ‘walking out the door’ – to labor costs running higher than budgeted…
the result is the same – valuable profit dollars escaping!
And, here’s the crazy part, often – for lack of nothing more than someone or some system, or both – actively watching, monitoring, controlling them.
And, that is our job.
That’s right, no way around it … it’s our job to make sure all the profit dollars expected – actually materialize.
It’s not easy and it takes a little time up front and then to keep running correctly, but it’s definitely worth it.
We realize the common sense importance of insulating our home to keep warm…
