We all have them.
In fact, over the years, most of us have plenty of times when we have a question about something in the cleaning business – which we’d like to ask, but fear being embarrassed if we did.
Why?
Well, often the reason is we think the question must be so basic and the answer so obvious that – everyone with any common sense should already, automatically know the answer to.
But, the reality is – you don’t, and likely – many, many others don’t either!!
Why? Well, because – it’s likely not a bad question at all and the answer is NOT as obvious as you assumed.
That’s right, the truth is many times, the question you hesitate to ask because you fear being embarrassed – is exactly the question that needs to be asked.
It’s often the important question – that gets to the heart of what you REALLY want and need to know to get growing and stay profitable.
No one wants to point out that – the king isn’t wearing any clothes. So, everyone sits on their hands until some brave soul – a leader, steps forward.
When it comes to your cleaning business – be that brave soul, that leader.
You owe it to yourself, your family and your employees to give yourself permission to ask all the questions on your mind; the ones that you may feel are a bit embarrassing, but may, in fact, be the key questions that have been troubling you and holding your cleaning business back.
