Janitorial is the most popular module in our bidding software. It lets members create professional office cleaning proposals for a variety of building types, including:
- Auto Dealer
- Day Care
- Health Club
- Public Arena
- Movie Theater
- Night Club
- Bowling Alley
- Hair Salon
All you to do to get started is – choose a building type and a cleaning frequency. Then, if you have a list of measurements, you can add them yourself. But, if you don’t have specific measurements, you can simply enter an estimate of the total size of the building to be cleaned.
CleanBid Express will do the rest, entering measurements automatically for the janitorial job based on our 20+ years of practical experience in the cleaning industry.
You can rename standard areas that come pre-loaded, add new areas and show areas in the order you’d like to see them appear in your cleaning proposal.
In ‘Options’ you can add, remove or re-order tasks, and change how often you want them to be performed (cleaning frequency). You can also add an initial cleaning section to your bid and show the description of service and price in your proposal’s list of charges.
You can even create your own custom tasks. Plus, you can take advantage of our consumable product calculator to estimate the cost of providing paper towels, bath tissue, hand soap and wastebasket liners based on the number of people using the building.
After you’re done entering measurements and adjusting your tasks, a detailed workloading process will automatically generate a calculated time per visit calculation, which will appear in the ‘Hours’ category on the Price tab. A calculated price recommendation for the actual cleaning contract you’re bidding on will appear as well.
You can choose to use that price recommendation or make changes to the hours, wage, expenses, or profit percentage – and CleanBid will recalculate everything for you automatically.
That’s all it takes to build a professional janitorial bid. You can print the cleaning proposal to give to your prospect or instantly email it directly to them.
Plus, you can create a handy work ticket (sometimes called a task schedule) you can print and post as a convenient guide for on-site supervisors and cleaning staff. It clearly explains which cleaning tasks need to be performed on which days.
