Hi Scott, I’m sorry, while the reports you mentioned were eliminated years ago, I know it can be frustrating when over time, software developers make changes to improve their programs, sometimes unfortunately, replacing or removing terms, features, or in this case - reports, you as appreciated having.
It’s one of the reasons we try to only make changes we believe are important to delivering the 'best help to the most members' while keeping the software easy to use, reliable and running smoothly. We realize this doesn’t change your disappointment; but we hope you still find the CleanGuru/CleanBid/CleanQC software to be a valuable program for your cleaning business.

Yes you created the layout but you also created the
"Building Hours Summary", "Area Hours Summary" and "Task Hours Summary", you created that and then you eliminated it when you run on those idea's and I was sold on those tools which in fact was more effective than Cleanbid now. When you created those tools and eliminated them, you gave people a message it was important use those tools and now, they're gone, making customers having to make extra time to calculate those options to include in future bids. Bring those tools back, they worked!
