I found extra work on the weekends to see things you normally don't see things during the week nights. A lot of companies don't inspect their work with the staff and if they do, they normally do after the work but not normally in daylight. To keep a business afloat is to see the complaints before they happen, it's no fun doing extra work for nothing but I have found that there will be a client who will leave a note on simple things they've notice that cleaning companies should notice before hand.
