These terms govern the text messages CleanGuru (Clean Guru, LLC) sends to customers who provide a phone number.

Program. If you provide your phone number to CleanGuru, we may send you account and customer-service text messages — for example, support follow-ups and billing notices such as a declined or past-due payment. This is account-related messaging only. It is not marketing.

Consent. You give this consent directly to CleanGuru for CleanGuru’s own messages. It is not shared with, sold to, or transferable to any other company.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity.

Rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@cleanguru.com / 888-531-4878.

Sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share a phone number only with the vendors that help us deliver these messages and support (such as our messaging provider and support platform), and only to provide that service — never for their own marketing.
