Dan, good points. On references I recommend when including them, say how long you've been with them and ask your customer is it ok to use them as a reference. Also don't take advantage of them either, once in a while use them and if you get a new a client to reward the customer for giving you a good reference prefer like Christmas time a gift card or something to say thank you. Second, all bids should have information that gives details on times it take to clean per trip, week, month and year because those numbers matter because you can guarantee no quality drop in service, people like that. Even though you dropped that option off the program I still use it and I have successfully gotten accounts that will. Some tools should come back what was on the program 5 years ago. Lastly I miss the old white background video's when you wore your Cleanbid shirt instead of your desk because your older video's were specifically referring to janitorial matters. I send those older video's to customers and they've thanked me on stuff you talked about in the past. Thanks Scott
