I LIKE THIS! We spoke last week, I'm in Georgia. The lady with a lot of residential but wanting to move into commercial. I like this because I didn't know that this was how I try to price my jobs based on time to ensure I give the necessary quality. I have tried to rush through fast to see how well that works and it doesn't for me.

Wow! I have been recommending Clean Guru for years without ever having really looked at it. I wish I had! -- My charity www.patriotichearts.org provides a program that helps US Veterans to start successful commercial cleaning businesses. We have Military Clean, veterans owned businesses in 41 states. We are NOT a franchise. -- You company is a sensational benefit to any janitorial business. -- Do you have a special price for my US Veterans?

Thank you! This was awesome, and as a start-up commercial cleaning biz in Los Angeles, figuring out the numbers has been a huge challenge thus far. But this advice will provide us with more confidence with our proposals.

Thanks Lauren, you're not alone; the early years of starting a cleaning business can be challenging, and that includes learning how to to competitively yet also profitably price cleaning jobs. The bidding feature in our CleanGuru software program is designed to help. But, whether you use our program or someone else's, it's important that cleaning businesses 'get and stay' profitable. And, understanding how long it takes to clean a job, in order to have a good estimate of your Labor Cost/Wage Expense (along with taxes and overhead) is important in helping to competitively yet profitably price your work/ your accounts. Best regards, Matt, CleanGuru Support

this is great advice i had recently set up my website for my start up cleaning business and i was told my prices are to high . I feel cleaning is hard work and its takes lots of time and effort but to get my foot in the door i may need to consider lowering my prices.
