Hi Anna,
Thanks for your note! You've asked a good question.

We’ve made it a practice not to send generic examples of marketing sales letters, because core MGP messages should ideally come from analyzing one's own cleaning business for opportunities to create unique service advantages.

However, to help get janitorial companies interested in creating MGP of their own for marketing purposes, Dan suggests looking at each part of your current cleaning operation such as...

1) supplies, equipment
2) customer service
3) quality control
4) hiring practices
5) training procedures
6) safety requirements
7) supervisory levels
8) customer service

Hope that helps,

Best regards,
Matt
