Low balling cleaners are just trash and dash people, it's not real cleaning it's just moving dirt around not getting rid of people, tell the customer you are not trash and dash service. And tell the potential client that low balling is price on fear bidding because they want the work but don't know how to price it out, so they bid low and run in and out of the office to make a profit. Tell the customer that is something we stir away from on low price bait cleaning companies that sucker in customers with low price cleaning that really just tarnishes the cleaning industry with a bad name on low priced cleaners. Tell the customer, you need a plan and place with the right people to regularly carry out the service on a daily constructive hours set in price to avoid quality drop. Lastly suggest an ATP test in the office cleaned by the low priced cleaners to get the cleaning ratings, make the low balling cleaning company look bad with professional knowledge and wisdom from a real cleaning that knows the industry is crooked of bad cleaners
