The older I get, the more clear it becomes, that…
the less time I spend frantically trying to ‘deal with’ today’s work – and the more time I spend thoughtfully ‘directing it’ – the better.
Sure, easier said than done. That’s a given.
But, it doesn’t change the truth of the approach.
So, how do we get there?
How do we get to this paradise of not having to frantically ‘chase our tails’ to keep up with the daily stream of pressing issues that seem to come flying at us from all directions?
