Is Your Cleaning Business Message Relevant?

They say the only CONSTANT is CHANGE.

It’s a great catch phrase. But, more importantly – it’s the truth.

We have a restaurant nearby who used to be very popular because of a TV celebrity who actually mentioned them ‘on the air’, bringing quite a bit of notoriety to them.

It worked. People came to eat at the place the celeb mentioned. It was fun. It was good for business.

Then time marched on.

Today, after so many years have past – the celebrity is not nearly as well known – and the affect on business is not nearly as strong.

It’s understandable. It’s perfectly natural.

The only thing is – you don’t want that understandable, perfectly natural change to CATCH you UNprepared.

Here’s how that restaurant is ‘tackling’ the challenge

They’ve updated their message – and, at least to me, seem to be promoting MUCH more proactively.

They’re responding to the challenge of CHANGE.

Will it work? Will they succeed? Will people respond to the new message and new level of advertising?

Time will tell.

For today, for you and me – it’s simply another reminder that we need to be vigilant.

We need to be ‘checking the pulse’ of what exactly our prospects and clients are looking for.

What do they really want? Has it changed?

And, are we offering what they want today? And, does our marketing message clearly reflect that we do?
