Dan, I have experienced recently the loss of a very good customer to one of those national cleaning operations. When I heard how much they were charging for "more services" I did the calculations. Then I let the customer know that if they were to spend the amount of time and expert cleaning that we were doing, they cleaners would be working for under minimum wage. With the current conditions we are in, (namely that no one wants to work), that means that there is no way that they will be happy in less than 3 months with their new cleaners. I am trusting that they will see the error of their ways and come back to us. Thanks for a great video.

Hi Don, good to hear from you, but sorry to hear of your loss of that client recently. It's frustrating and it hurts. But, I think you handled it right, and I agree with you're thinking, you may soon hear back from them as they notice a change in quality of cleaning. In the meantime, it may be a good idea, at what you believe is an appropriate time, to reach back out to your former client - to simply stay in touch and let them know you're still available and interested in helping them if they ever need your help. Take care, Dan
