Client Portals? Maybe, Maybe NOT!

Whether you’re just starting a cleaning business or simply want to learn new and better ways to keep your existing janitorial or residential cleaning company profitable, in these videos Dan covers everything from the latest trends in janitorial bidding and inspection software to proven marketing strategies to help you grow.

Efficient isn’t always the same as – effective. And, when it isn’t, we have to see what we may be losing by leveraging technology to create faster ways of managing our business by eliminating points of personal connection with clients. And, better than using the term ‘points’, we may want to say – opportunities!
.
Check out today’s fast paced video where Dan ‘preaches’ about the dangers of losing valuable chances to ‘visit’ with/connect with our customers. These opportunities can be found in the selling and bidding process before we ‘land’ the job, to how we handle the review of documents like quality control inspections after we land the job. Selling and the need to build strong personal/professional relationships with building owners and managers isn’t over when we are awarded a job; in many ways – it’s just begun.

Dan, if that is true why did Cleanbid eliminate its "Building Hours Summary", "Area Hours Summary" and "Task Hours Summary"? You mentioned to give context to your proposal, in 2014 you had those options in Cleanbid and they you eliminated them off Cleanbid, which in context may of eliminated many new prospect clients too because of that mystery of not telling new clients "Building Hours Summary", "Area Hours Summary" and "Task Hours Summary" for example.

"Give Context" - means is extra information that helps you to understand something better or to give better information understanding better for your presentation.
