Thanks Logan! You're right, the practical pain/price you have to pay/go through to break free of doing everything, including all the cleaning - is real and hard. But, the pay off is real too, and rewarding. Take care, Dan

I totally agree as this is the position I am in now. I have pulled back from day to day operations, and started working on the company itself. One thing I might add for you to mention about this topic for next time is, the pay cut that you have to take. If you are stepping back to work on the company, you have to hire more employees. One of these employees may have to be part time maintenance and part time producing for the company. The others will be producing. But it is a big hurdle to get over once you pull away for physical labor yourself to work on the company. Just my two cents, but I'm sure you already knew this!
